I am new to Beck, too--just ordered the book today after finding this Team. I have benefited so much from the Spark articles that I figure this will be a great team for me. I also do lists. I've been with SparkPeople almost 2 months now.
Hi everyone! My name is Liz and I'm new to the Beck program. I've reached the "find a coach" day and don't really have anyone suitable in my life, so I thought I'd join this group to get some online support.
I only have about 10 pounds of baby weight to lose, and I'm hoping to have it gone in 8 weeks. My plan is to start the South Beach Diet when I finish the introductory two-week period.
I think my biggest challenges are going to be sitting down and focusing on my meals (I have active three-year-old and year-old boys that keep me on the move constantly) and resisting cravings (I'm a Food Network fam and love to cook and bake, including not-so-healthy stuff).
