I've been on Spark for about 2 years, but I'm new to Beck. I'm going through a stressful patch and needed a way to stave off those bingey feelings-- perfect timing to find Dr. Beck!
I speed-read the original book yesterday, but decided on the workbook instead-- I like that all the journaling and questionnaires are built in!
I love spark-- so I'm hoping to use it for the Beck Diet too! Since we're all getting familiar w/ Beck-- I was hoping to lean on this group as my diet coach? Pretty please? lol! Let me know where I'm getting familiar w/ the boards, but let me know if there's a place for weekly progress updates and a system for emergency support!
I'm hoping this group will keep me motivated, build my confidence, and help me solve problems as they crop up!
