Just joined the team this eve. A SparkFriend pointed out this team exists. I started reading the book just over a week ago. I've blogged on the intro and Days 1-7.
Although I am within a pound of my "happy weight" and in my goal weight range, having lost over 80 pounds and been maintaining more than a year, I still am having trouble with binge eating. However, my binges are smaller, healthier, and less frequent. But I want to be normal so bad. To think like a thin person is just what I want.
I feel a lot of hope about this Beck Diet Solution.
