Well I have both books but I didn't get the workbook I didn't think from what I saw and read it was something I had to have. So I am gonna start with the pink book and then read over the green one. Thanks for the help!

Hi Heather, i just leafed through th egreen book and did not find it as interesting as the pink one; i determined my calories through Spark and track my food this way.

Hi Heather,
Welcome. I used the pink book, in fact I had both that one and the pink workbook, which is what I used most.

I think the biggest difference in the new one is that they have a diet in there. The first one does not give a particular diet to follow.

I think we have team members who have used different Beck books.

Hello all I am new to beck and ready for the change. i need an actual program to get me into shape or I will just diet for a few weeks drop 10 and regain 20!
I am really excited about beck and I got the pink book and the green beck diet book that is out.
My question is what book do most of you here use?? What is the difference between the two books?? Thank you for your time and hope we can all partner togher in this journey!
