I discovered the Beck Diet plan book while searching the web for diet help that involved CBT. I've have a lot of success with CBT to solve problems in the past and thought it would be helpful to solve my food issues that have developed in the last 5 years. To my surprise there was a book. I ordered the book and so the journy begins.
I completed Day 1 yesterday. I'm using the Sparkpeople planner as my reminder.
