Welcome! I used to have a really big problem with sweets, and if you read some of my blogs, you will see that I keep on slipping, but for the most part, I do not eat ANY sweets at all. Every few months I have to test my limits, but I have come to the conclusion that moderation is not the right thing for me. I just need to stay off of them!
One of the response cards that I made up for myself was based on a comment made to me by a spark friend. It says:

I've been on sparkpeople for ages, hit my goal last year around this time, and have yo-yoed almost all the way up to my start weight. I make healthy food choices for meals and exercise consistantly but have major overeating issues and can't stop with the sweets. I think that this book is really going to help me solve this last missing piece to my healthy lifestyle puzzle!
