Glad i found you. After gaining more than 40 kgs within 14 years i dont want to Yoyo again. So i bought the Beck Book. Tomorrow ill be on day 1. Still i have no Idea why i want - or why i should loose weight. No wonder this didnt work for me in the past ;-) But checking out the "Day 1 " thread i got lot of ideas. IŽll gonna try to find at least good 50 reasons to loose tomorrow - Thank you gals!
