Welcome Nicole! I agree that Beck makes so much sense! When I first heard of it, it finally felt like something I could follow.
(I have been slacking for a while, but at least not gaining back. I keep waiting for the Beck lightning bolt to strike me again. I do agree it is chock full of wise advice!)
