You two certainly can help each other. But, know that I'm here for support! I love that you have released 30# and kept it off! GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT as Dr. Beck would say, because that is a real accomplishment!!!! I love Dr. Beck's book and use it daily now, because it is SO much help in changing my THINKING.

Hi Michelle. Welcome. It sounds like you are doing great already!
When I started Beck, I actually hired a coach. I still see her from time to time. Many people use our team as their coach. One of our threads is the Coaching Corner and we have a great crew of "coaching minded" people who have useful advice.
But it would be great to buddy up with someone. I hope you get a response on that.

Hi everyone! I've been on SparkPeople for a few years now and have tried a variety of weight loss strategies... calorie counting (how i lost the first 30 pounds, that I have actually kept off for ~ 4 years now) and then a bunch of other things to try to get below those initial 30 as I'm still at least 20 lbs over my max healthy weight, but I keep gaining back anything I lose... most recently 20lbs in 3 or 4 months!
If anyone else is also just starting or would like a diet coach as well/ wouldn't mind being a diet coach, I would be incredibly grateful!
