What I love about BECK it how it is the bases of ANY "diet" even though she went on to make the 3rd book with a "basic" diet. She gives what is NEEDED to make any diet work. When you say you have been on "MANY" diets, I know what you mean, and BECK gives what is needed to STAY on one and get to GOAL and THEN do the hardest part; KEEP IT OFF!!
