What I love about BECK it how it is the bases of ANY "diet" even though she went on to make the 3rd book with a "basic" diet. She gives what is NEEDED to make any diet work. When you say you have been on "MANY" diets, I know what you mean, and BECK gives what is needed to STAY on one and get to GOAL and THEN do the hardest part; KEEP IT OFF!!

I used the pink workbook, but there is also a hard cover Beck book and a newer Beck book. Our team has used all of them, so grab a book and let us know what we can do to help!!!

Hey Ya'll I have been on many diets, some have worked for a while, some not so well. Thanks Judi for the suggestion. I have always been an optimist, cup half full person so I am ready to go. I will loose this weight before my 50th Bday. Gina from Tennessee
