Hi MRSCRUMB. Welcome!

I remember that day with skipping a meal. I think I chickened out! I did skip a snack, putting several hours together of not eating, but I somehow had an excuse about skipping the meal!

I'm usually a better role model!!!

Hello,
I am on week 2 of the Beck Diet Solution and completing my Hunger Monitoring Chart today. I am super nervous to skip a meal tomorrow! So far I have found the book to be fantastic! I am reading my ARC's all the time and feel great and for the first time in a while have been able to say no to junk! Hope this keeps up!
