I agree with Annie. One of the biggest times that I need to plan is when I am going out of town. Before I started Beck (a couple of years ago), I used to think of vacations as a time when I just KNEW I would gain weight. Now, I actually enjoy planning ways to keep that from happening. I do not feel like I am ruining my good time with a diet. Instead, I feel like I am doing some clever things, here and there, to let me enjoy my vacation without undoing all of my hard work. It feels good!

One thing to work on is planning. If you really want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to plan food and exercise no matter what the situation. Even when you are at your goal, you need to keep planning or you will just gain it back again.

My name is Haydee and I'm 27 years old. I want to lost 17 lbs by July 1st. I started reading the Beck Diet Solution in February and lost about 7 lbs in 4 weeks. Then, I went to Vegas and forgot my ARCs and it all went downhill from there. I'm looking to get back on track with it and get rid of this weight once and for all!
