THANK YOU BIGLITTLEWOMAN!!!! i was confused! I did day four yesterday (4/20) and will be doing day five today (4/21).
My friend claudia said she'd do the book with me, but she hasnt gotten around to starting it. I didnt want to wait. She's a good workout buddy, but its harder for her to do something structured. Thats why I really like this task-a-day type of feel. That coupled with SP and I feel like I've got a winning solution!

I'd be happy to go through the days with you. If you are on day 3 today, I'll read that one again and be ready for day 4 tomorrow. Once you've completed the book, it is very helpful to go back through and repeat or hit on those topics you need to reinforce. Any questions?? Just ask away, we will all chime in.

Hi! I'm Alice! I just started reading Beck's book. I'm on day 3. I'm a little confused if I should just go back and review old day three, or start a new topic! Hopefully others are on the same day I am, I'd like to have some support with those following the diet too!
