Hi! I'm another of our little Fab 4 group and just like Morgan just said, I am SO excited to get going on Monday and it is really encouraging to read about everyone else's success with Beck. I can relate to so much of what people have said so thank you!
Three friends on this site and I (The Fab Four ) are starting the Beck deal on Monday (we needed a day where we'd all weighed in and taken pictures). I'm super excited to see that it has worked for some people. Thanks!

I'm new to Beck, too, only a week. But JudiCutie is a great leader and inspirational. Everyone on the site is helpful, and many have said that Beck makes a great difference in changing our minds and keeping the weight off. So I'm open-minded and hopeful!

Yes, I highly would recommend Beck .. we did a book study on this once in Living Binge Free .. I did regain a little weight but got back to reading my response cards from Beck each day & have lost that weight and then some.
It is a healthy lifestyle change .. FIT NOT FAST! .. that I like best about Beck.
I also found it to be different from ever before. I was unable to lose weight for years. I had lost ten or 15 pounds a few times a decade or more ago, but it always crept back on. I finally just kind of gave up. But two years ago, I started Beck and Spark both at the same time. Beck has been really important for me. I think it really changed me. I have lost about 40 pounds and kept it off. I would like to lose 20 more, but I am not in a hurry. I believe that I will be ready to put on another "push" some time soon. In the meantime, I am still tracking all my food, making good choices, thinking differently, and best of all, keeping in touch with this amazing team every day!

I have lost about 35 pounds three times before I found the Beck Diet Solution. In the past I never could get any further (need to lose 80 total). Before I always gained it back. I lost 32 pounds a fourth time and didn't think I could keep going. Then I found the Beck Diet Solution.
I committed to following the assignments as written. I have lost 19 pounds more, and now I see a number that hasn't been on my scale in 18 years. I know I have tools to keep going and lose the last 30 pounds gradually this year. Many healthy eating behaviors have become habit through doing each "day" systematically as taught in the book. I am nowhere near perfect at it, but Beck teaches me how to move on after mistakes and get back on track. But I did do each task Beck said to do, even the ones that rubbed me the wrong way. They were so valuable.
NOTE: Almost every "day" in the book's system took me several days to practice, soak up the principles, and get applied in my life. It has been 82 days on the calendar, and I have done 37 of Beck's "days."
Obviously I can't say I have been able to keep my goal weight--I'm not there yet--but I certainly got further than with any other approach. And it isn't agony; I feel like I can use these tools the rest of my life. Actually, it is my solid determination: I WILL use these tools the rest of my life.
