Well I happened upon this book at Goodwill. So far it looks amazing and very motivational.
I started it before Christmas. Then it got put away and I did not think about it until yesterday. I had not read up to the day pages so I started them yesterday. I got the first 3 done. I am pausing on eat at the table. i have kind of gotten out of that habit recently. So I am going to work on that.
I am really impressed. I have been active on SP since March. I joined a long time ago but did not know what to do with it. I will continue with South Beach as my choice of diet. I don't think I will take a break because I am diabetic. I also will keep up with my walking.
I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I would love to know what kinds of rewards you have given yourselves.

I love myself and therefore can make the best choices to help me reach my goals.
I remind myself daily what my goals are and which direction I want to go.
