Welcome to the team. It is a great team and very supportive.

I have been reading and doing the Beck Diet plan for about 3 weeks. It is good and helps you have ways to stop the eating and yo yoing.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this SparkTeam. I bought the Judith Beck books this week and I am really excited about them. When reading the first pages, I felt like this book had been written just for me!

I finished my first day (the reasons to loose weight) and will now follow the next 6 weeks!
