HI everyone: I just joined this team and I own the book, though it has been sitting on my shelf for about a year!
I've been on SP a little over 2 years and really like it. I lost most of my weight during the fall of 2007 and winter 2008. Then I stalled, lost another 10 pounds and have been my current weight for a year.
I'm still considered overweight for my height, so I would like to lose these last 20 pounds to maintain a weight that is in the middle of the healthy range on the BMI chart.
I am newly motivated to finally get rid of these pounds--the ones I've been carrying the longest--about 20 years. I think my body is very attached to them...
