I am so glad I found this forum, because I just started the book. I have dieted many times. You know the routine: lose, gain, lose, gain, lose, gain more. The last couple of years, I can't seem to get myself on the bandwagon and stick to it. I sure would like to find out if this is working for others. I want to change, and not waste the rest of my life wishing I was lighter. I really am doing this for my health and so I can move easier.
