You are right-on, girl. The cards are soooo important. For me, the weight is 98% mental, so the cards have been absolutely key. Good luck!!!

Hi folks! I started reading the Beck Diet Solution a few days ago, and I immediately looked to see if there was a SparkTeam for it. I'm so glad that there is! I'm beginning to realize that there is a SparkTeam for everything!!

I've always heard good things about the Beck Diet plan, but I already own so many fitness/diet/weight-loss books that I really couldn't justify one more until it really came down in price at Borders. Plus, my bookshelves are beyond full!

One thing I really and truly want to commit to is the cards. For all those other diet books, I read right past all the pages in which they asked you to write something down. But this time, I am going to follow all the writing assignments faithfully. I've learned that sometimes you can be doing just fine on your fitness quest when suddenly you get blindsided by an eating binge or other form of slip-up. So I like that the Beck system has you read your cards everyday even if you're doing well on your diet.

OK, that's my philosophy. I hope you all will hold me to it and help me remember why it's so important to review those cards on a daily basis. Thanks in advance!
