Welcome Girlie. I'm lost without a coach as well. I think that's really why I ended up on Spark. I called my diet buddy in April and said I was depressed that I wasn't losing weight after trying a month. She told me that it might be healthiest to accept that I was "big boned."

RUBBISH!! So I joined the spark, and while I wish I had the spark's number on speed dial sometimes, it is working. I have to check in with my spark friends.

Well Girlie, you are in luck because you can use a coach from the site. Vandal, TG and I use each other as coaches and I'm very pleased with that.

I'm another newbie to this team. Been around Spark since April. Just bought the Beck Book, and have to admit it is a challenge.

Hi everyone. I am new to the team. Was introduced to the Beck Diet Solution about a year ago, and have been on Spark now for a little over two months. Decided to join this team and hopefully get back to where I had my stumbling block the last time - finding a coach. That was such a tough one for me, so I'll have to find a way around it this time. Looking forward to growing personally with the group.
