Hi, all. My name is Brittany. This is my umptenth time trying to lose weight. More often than not I am successful at some weightloss...but then lose my motivation, will power, take a vacation, or the holidays come up. I am just starting to read the plan. I know in order to accomplish my weightloss and maintain it, something has got to change. I'm hoping CBT is the something.
