Welcome Back, Diana! Being in the warm should make exercise easier! A few of us got the new book; there are some differences but the basic principles are the same.
I had a pretty good day. I slept in a little, did some cleaning, took a good walk with my friend, got some groceries, ate supper and now we're watching "The Bee Movie". Cute! Just thought I'd check in.
Feeling healthy is much better than ANY food tastes!!!

Hi All, It has been a long time since I visited this site and used SP for that matter. It is time for me to get back to my healthy life style and I can't think of a better plan that Beck. I picked up the new book yesterday and wondered what you think about it. I am currently living in Sarasota Florida. My husband and I are first time snowbirds and are enjoying the opportunity to be outside walking our pups. On top of that this park offers numerous exercise and health related activities so it is a perfect place to recommit to a healthy lifestyle. I will be starting with day 1 and plan to rewrite my goals and post them on my Spark Page. I am looking forward to getting know everyone on this team. Diana
