I guess that's a start. I am one of those people who read the first and last chapter of a book then go back and read the whole thing and then decide what to do with it. That means that while I am intensely aware of what I am eating these days and of how (in)active I am I won't start my week by week with the book until next week.
I have been using cognitive behavioral for other things and that led me to the book so I'm starting out feeling positive.
