Hello everyone. I just got the book today and I am really hoping this helps me, even just a little bit.
I am currently in recovery for an eating disorder and I am having a TERRIBLE time sticking to the meal plan from my nutritionist. I am going to use this guide to help me, hopefully.
I started today and have my response cards for why I want to do this. Instead of writing "why I want to lose weight" I did "why I want to recover".
I hope to learn and grow with everyone here!
