Spark5 Action Plan


SparkPeople.com offers numerous resources that will help you reach your goals. This 5-step action plan will help you take advantage of everything the SparkPeople program has to offer. We recommend you visit this page each day, and choose the action steps that are most important for your individual goals.


Step 1 - Earn SparkPoints.
  • Get points for logging in each day and doing things on the site— Go to your SparkPoints page.
  • Be part of something bigger by starting or joining a SparkTeam— Explore Teams.
  • Work on and track the fast break goals you set for yourself— Track Goals.

Step 2 - Exercise for at least 10 minutes, 4 times a week.
Step 3 - Drink at least 8 cups of water each day.
Step 4 - Learn about how to create a healthy lifestyle.
Step 5 - Give and receive support and spread the Spark.
Although a lot of our information mentions weight loss, everyone can benefit from eating healthy, exercising regularly, and visiting our Community to find support and share common experiences. Finally, if you ever want to switch from our Spark5 program to our full SparkDiet, you can visit your Account Preferences page and Reset your program. After resetting your program, you can click your My Home tab to setup your SparkDiet program.
