I have been doing quite well with tracking but have to wait a bit to get back exercising. I got out snowshoeing twice and then got the flu and pneumonia and got my SI joint out of whack. Chiropractor in the morning and trying to be patient while my lungs get better. I love to quilt and read and turned 56 today! In addition, one of my goals this year is to cook a lot more meals at home and I think buying a fun new set of cookware will help motivate me to do that.
