Hi! I am 57, female and obese! I am raising 3 pre-teen grandchildren, have an amazing husband and just need support in loosing over 100 pounds. I have many medical issues, but I recently completed my very first 5K walk in under an hour! I did so with my grandchildren encouraging me...2 ran it at under 40 minutes and 1 stayed walking with me for encouragement.
