I stay in ok 3-4 star hotels once in a while a 5 star. (get kicked out of most for using hot plates) no microwave lucky if there is a fridge. I have to eat out for most of my meals. I only speak English and learn enough to say the common phrases in each country. my question is, what do you do when you travel to stay on track? How do you log the meals?
