There is enough for lunch and dinner for a whole week maybe more. lol I can't seem to make a small batch of soup. Are you able to eat all of your calories each day and still eat healthy? I am really struggling to do so. I exercise for an hour a day and, using a heart rate monitor, I know I burn roughly 425 calories. Add that to the minimum of 1200 that I am to eat a day, it bumps me to a minimum of about 1625 calories a day. I just can't consume that much food in order to meet the necessary calories unless I don't eat healthy. I don't want to stop exercising. Any ideas?? I lost 3" on my thighs alone. That is great, but with bird legs forming and waistline going down more gradually, see jeans fitting weird. Last night I was wearing size 12 jeans, fit fine in waist as of now, but rest of jean was baggy.
