I guess right now I am a flexitarian but I want to be vegan. I know that it is healthier for me and I want to help the environment too. I am looking at really just getting healthier over all. If that includes loosing weight then that is fine by me but that is not my over all goal. I want to be a role model for my daughter who has just turned 5.
