I've narrowed it down to my top 4: Garmin Vivosmart, Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR, and the Samsung Gear Neo. I'm still not 100% sold yet on any ONE of these. Now, when my knees / legs bother me I massage the muscles just above / below / around the knees. I find this helps and it beats taking pills. I ran across this Team while reading some of the inspirational Spark Pages. I had my knee replaced in April 2014. So I've been through the Surgery and the Recovery. And I,m getting exercise on my Bicycle. The knee hasn't stopped me, but it is different. Maybe there is something I can learn from this team. I have quite a bit of weight to drop.
