I'm old, fat, and a farmer (and sometimes an other). Determined to lose this weight 'cause my blood pressure is soaring and diabetes runs in the family (I'm the only sibling who does not have type 2 diabetes at this point, with two of them on insulin shots).

Laurel in sunny MIssouri (will be rainy Missouri again on Sunday) Fri, 9 Mar 2012 16:35:27 EST Where is everybody? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x7980x46424828 I just didn't make it on my own.
