There was this Arizona Blueberry White Tea sitting there and I looked at the label. It said 70 calories so I decided to get it because it sounded good (I love blueberries). Anyway, when I went to put it into the Nut. Tracker, I realized that the 70 cal. was per 8oz serving and not for the bottle I drank. That was 20 oz! So I got 105 more ounces than I thought I did. I already started doing something like this at the same time as the "leftover system" step. It's a great DVD that mixes traditional Tahitian dance with cardio exercise and really works every muscle in your body. I went out to dinner and consumed more calories than I should have. Well, the other day I found the new Diet Coke Plus. It has added vitamins and minerals.
