I'm only 5'3", so I one of those people that my true low end is probably below 1200, but I know they recommend you not going below that. And trust me, even 1200 calories leaves me hungry most days. I usually do mix it up, depending on how much I've worked out that day and/or hunger levels, but I'm curious about others. I put my current measurements in on "Get My Fit", for the low rise boot cut jeans. Levi's website recommended my fit to be my goal size already with my current measurements. I want to challenge myself to do a minimum of 60 mins of cardio every day this week, Sunday to Saturday. I challenge all of you to do the same (adjust it to what you are able to do). I know I can do 60 mins total daily, so my challenge is to make sure it is a good sweat and in my target heart range, so that I actually burn the cals. Also that I don't miss a day. But, I'm also taking a daily multivitamin, and ground flaxseed and Omega-3 fatty acid capsules (fish oil) for elevated cholesterol. For some reason, it never occurred to me to add these things to my nutrition tracker, but yesterday I added them all.
