Good morning everyone! I know it's the middle of winter, but hiking has been on my mind lately. Where do you go for a good hike? I live in Middletown, so Wadsworth Falls is a nice, easy stroll, but I wouldn't call it hiking. I grew up going to Chatfield Hollow, and I've been to Gillette Castle and Sleeping Giant before. I noticed I started gaining weight last summer after a shoulder injury and was able to lose about 15 lbs at the beginning of the year but put it all back on plus some after I got pneumonia.
