Today 219.5. I am able to keep fluid and food down but itseems as soon as I get fluids in it is coming back out. I am eating the calories I would eat for someone who is burning 3500 calories a week but I am still losing. I did exercise yesterday which I felt good for most of the time but then I got hot and didn't feel right? What do I do to stay hydrated. I ambeen feeling lighted and aching at times. It would... I did what I should not have done and I weighed myself on wed. I am suppose to weigh on Sunday. Tuesday I did not do so good with my eating because my son had surgery and I did not have access to good food so I had hot cocoa and by sp it has a lot of calories.
