Just made my way back to the 170's after moving upstate for a spell, lol. I left 160-ville <em>46</em> Not in the way planned obviously. I was not kind to myself during the holidays. November and December are always HORRIBLE for me. Those are my busiest months work wise compounded w/the holiday stress is not good. <BR> <BR> BUT I know this and will keep it in mind this year and not let my life spin out of control again.
