Please chime in if you decide to take the challenge. <BR> <BR> I do 20 pushups each hour while I'm at work. My first set is at 10am and last set is at 5pm. We lost a very valuable member to cancer. He had stopped smoking years ago and warns everyone to do so, but it was too late for him. It went through his entire body.
