I thought in order not to clutter the exercise accountability topic, I would comment in a separate thread...

"Calcium supplements are more effective when taken in smaller doses throughout the day and before bedtime. This mineral works less effectively when taken in a single megadose. Most experts agree that no more than 500 milligrams should be taken at one time, as this is the maximum amount the body can absorb in one dose. However, because calcium also promotes a sound sleep ... Fri, 23 Feb 2007 10:50:12 EST Can you go blind? I've been having a little trouble with my right eye for a few weeks(I have had optic neuritis in both my eyes). I have had like a small blind spot for weeks, kept putting it off, which is really stupid, I know, as I have vision ins, plus reg med ins covers it. Today started off not too bad, but within the last hour my vision in that eye has been dimming.
Now my mind is working overtime, wondering can I go blind with ms, is this another ON relapse, or what. Fri, 16 Feb 2007 14:59:35 EST Exercise band problem ? I have a number of exercise bands that I use in connection with the "Sit and Be Fit" TV program.

One of them--the one I've had the longest (several years)--was all stuck to itself and almost a gooey mess. I had to toss it.

It hadn't been exposed to heat. It was kept along with the other exercise bands, which are fine.

Has anyone else had this happen? How can I keep this from happening to my other exercise bands?

I'd appreciate any advice! 213</e... Mon, 12 Feb 2007 21:56:33 EST Hey Kim - the bean?
