Thu, 12 Feb 2009 01:13:40 EST Beating the Winter Blues Challenge As promised, although a bit later than planned, I've come up with a simple challenge to help generate some chatter within the team. I couldn't figure out how to set this up as an actual challenge, but hopefully this will do. What I had in mind was a simple accountability challenge - tracking food, exercise, water and rest - plus a bit of a twist inspired by an article I read about dealing with the winter blues.
