It's like a game or a challenge for me to get my calories within the right range, and now I've even started to track things like fibre and calcium. Really makes you think about what you eat. I stumbled on this site when I was trying to count calories myself while thinking - wouldn't it be great if there was a website that could calculate... Good luck to everyone with their own goals.. :) Mon, 28 Mar 2011 16:59:31 EST Inspiration Hey everyone. Last year I gained a lot of weight, so this year I aim to lose it. So far I have lost around 6kg but I hit a bit of a wall, that's when I found sparkpeople. As we are all on the same page it would be awesome if I could get some support from people that have been successful as I don't normally tend to stick to weight loss programs. Hopefully I can this time and then be a mentor for someone else. Thanks guys. Bec 30 Mon, 28 Mar 2011 02:19:20 EST Fit for Life, Kiwi style I am a mum and Grandmother.
