I have been on for 2 weeks , I started at 303.4 and I weighed at the Doctor yesterday I am 297.4. I am below 300. Next goal to be below 290. Small goals big ones seem out of reach and I get thinking why try. I have bad knees, back trouble and high blood pressure. So Doctor is on board. I do relaxation meditation on computer, have white noise, ear plugs, have regular bedtime and wake time. I saw a sleep specialist and have been taking that med and he cannot help me anymore. I'm new to Sparkpeople, and the site looks great but I confess I can't figure out how to use the trackers. I put in what I ate for breakfast, lunch, but now I can't find where it saved the info. If I go to start my nutrition tracker, it doesn't show anything. The same for exercise. Can anyone help me with this. I tried to watch the video but after 30 seconds it quit running.
