SparkPeople 40 Somethings Walking Fitness Workout Team Team Messageboard Where has everyone gone? This group seems to have gotten very slow lately. Where is everyone? I hope that you are all just busy, and not able to stop by. I keep plugging away at my step count, have a pretty good streak going on my 10,000 or more. The food side of it, not so much. Back up about 5 lbs, but holding steady where I am weight-wise. Need to get back to doing some sort of exercise in ADDITION to the steps I get at work.
