Been a little depressed about my weight gain and have started feeling embarrassed to go anywhere b... Sun, 5 Jan 2014 18:44:47 EST Starting Over I started working with SparkPeople about 4 years ago, but stopped using it on a daily basis and only logged in sporadically. I decided to start over. I deleted my old account and created a new one. I realized that many things had changed in my life since the first time around and it was easier to to delete and start over than to overhaul my old account. Sometimes you just need a fresh start! Sun, 5 Jan 2014 18:24:19 EST Trying Again I'm back and hopefully I will do better. I live in Utah so it's hard to get out in the cold and snow.
