So I made pancakes of one mashed banana, 1 package of instant sugar free oat meal, and 1/2 cup of egg whites and a pinch of baking powder. And i cooked them in about 2 tsp of canola oil. I'm not doing near as many minutes as anybody else this week I had to force myself to get in the 10 minutes a day I did get. I got sick(er) a few weeks ago and it keeps getting worse. I finally broke down and went to see my surgeon, he has his theory, sent me for tests, says if its what the thinks then he'll do surgery, and if its not what he thinks he wants to do exploratory surgery.
