I didn't go last night and I need to go today not just for my weight loss efforts but for my efforts in staying sane after losing my dear friend to cancer Monday. Think this is a good idea? Would anyone else do it with me? I'm not out to look at... I have trouble getting myself to stay accountable to SP, even. I'd love to see myself streak...you know, 100 days of logging in ever day, 100 days of getting all the water I should, etc. If anyone has any suggestions for how I can work on holding myself accountable and staying consistent I'd really appreciate it.
