Sparklers, <BR> Please get on me and don't let me skip out on the gym tonight! I didn't go last night and I need to go today not just for my weight loss efforts but for my efforts in staying sane after losing my dear friend to cancer Monday. Working out gives me an adrenaline boost and endorphin spike that helps me cope when I just want to cry and sleep. So I wanna get to the gym around 5:50 CST. Wed, 16 Jan 2013 09:45:07 EST Emotional Eating Does anyone else have a problem with emotional eating? I never really thought I did, but noticed myself turning to food last night for comfort. I'm very sad because my good friend Amy lost her battle with cancer and is on hospice now. She is a mom of 3 great boys and is one of my closest and dearest friends. Accepting this is hard. After a sad visit with her yesterday, I decided I couldn't bear to be around all the people at the gym and I couldn't think about cooking. So we made a frozen pizz... I have trouble getting myself to stay accountable to SP, even. I'd love to see myself know, 100 days of logging in ever day, 100 days of getting all the water I should, etc. If anyone has any suggestions for how I can work on holding myself accountable and staying consistent I'd really appreciate it.
