I didn't indulge as much as I did after my school concerts anyway. Going to take a few small steps at a time to get myself back on track though. <BR> <BR> Starting with drinking at least 8 cups of water a day, a serving of fruit or vegetable with every meal, and at least 10 minutes of exercise every day. I think the couple of slip-ups I had kept me from shedding the 3-4 lbs. I was looking for. I do feel like I've built some muscle and built up some endurance. I am looking to hit 164 by 12/14. I've also been fighting this cold that I got from my students. Judging from the feeling that an elephant is sitting on my face, it has turned sinus infection.
