Mon, 18 Mar 2013 13:08:44 EST Hi New here -jaime Hi I want to lose weight to be a healthy 130, I weigh 163 and do plenty of exercise a week. I want a positive life that I wont be afraid or embarrassed to go to the beach. Mon, 18 Mar 2013 11:41:59 EST New here, not new to weight loss, need friends! I've been around the block so many times with the whole weight loss thing that I've become super discouraged. Long story short - last year I lost 50 lbs! I've gained by 15. In the meantime, my mom and sister have lost over 80 lbs and my sister is becoming a leader with Weight Watchers because of her amazing success. While I'm happy for them, I feel like such a failure in comparison. I am now the "fat one" in the family. They get to pass their "fat clothes" to me and I can't even wear them. Di... Mon, 18 Mar 2013 07:10:10 EST Elizabeth Spencer Want to stop yo-yo dieting I ran 5 miles a day and didn't eat very much for years and years then I got married and noticed some changes. Slowed down on exercise - ate more! I l lost and gained 45 pounds like 4 times over the years always gaining more back! I was depressed for several years and due to that plus meds I gained a quick 35 pounds within a few months and then I just gave up hope and kept on gaining! I am 55 and it's time to take responsibility and become a healthier person - not for looks but for good health... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 23:36:24 EST Me got into SparkPeople! Hi guys, my name is Rasidah, I am going to 32 years old this year. I am from Malaysia. I joint SparkPeople because I want to loose my weight and achieve my ideal BMI. I have already tried many ways to cut my weight down but failed. Recently, my company I worked in was holding a Biggest Loser competition and I am in! The rewards is awesome whereby participants have a chance to win Samsung Galaxy S II or equivalent (for individual) and cash RM 2400 (for group of 3). I hope I can win this race!!... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 21:59:04 EST Hi! Looking for support and accountability :) Hey everyone - I've been through this once before, and have successfully kept 25 pounds off for about a year and a half. However, I can feel my habits slipping, and my once-indestructable body image has taken a few hits in the mirror lately. I'm back to start things up again!

My main exercise is going to be a 10-week 10K program. The first time around, I lost most of my weight as I worked up to 5k. I really love having a program to be accountable to, so hopefully this will be a... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 21:55:57 EST 2nd time trying to lose 30 lbs I am only 22 years old but I already lost 30 lbs before. After a baby things seem to have changed and this time around it is taking me way longer to lose the remaining 30 lbs. i hope this site helps me stay on track because I am getting desperate.
Good luck to everyone! Sun, 17 Mar 2013 21:04:16 EST Introduction Hello. I read about this website today in an issue of All You. I went on the Medifast diet last year, and I did real well.... for six months. Then I let my busy season and bad habits take over again. I'd lost 30 Lbs and it showed. I've gained back 25 and it shows. I don't have the support network around me that I need. I know what works for me and I know what I do/n't want to do for exercise, etc. I'm hoping to be part of a "team" to work toward common goals. I'd also like to have virtual exe... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 20:04:52 EST Hello I just signed up a little while ago. I hope this website and the people here will help me achieve my goals. I'm not sure what what weight loss plan I will use yet but I am reading up on a number of them.
I'm age 51, female and living in Stoney creek, Ontario, Canada. Sun, 17 Mar 2013 18:57:16 EST Hi! Hi, I just joined SparkPeople today. I'm 29 years old, 5 foot 4 inches tall (and hate being too short to reach the top shelf of my cupboards!) and weigh in at roughly 285 pounds (I haven't weighed myself in just over a week, so not 100% sure of my current weight). I've tried many different things to lose weight, but just haven't been able to stay on track. Every time I start to build myself up to get healthy, something comes along and sends me back down into my vicious cycle of depression/str... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 15:22:47 EST Hello Hi, my name is Trish and I hope that starting something new like this will give me the motivation and support I need to meet my goal, I've never done anything like this before and am a little nervous about putting myself out there. But I figure it can't hurt. Really what have I got to lose. I've chosen Atkins and walking for now as my main weight loss strategies. Sun, 17 Mar 2013 15:07:51 EST Hi Everyone!!! My name is Karli, I am 21 years old. I joined for a few reasons one because I am trying to get through a really depressing time in my life and I am trying to better myself. I am also trying to get myself to the best possible place for when me and significant other start trying to conceive. Sun, 17 Mar 2013 12:02:58 EST Just starting yet again! Hi, Here I am again, trying to lose weight and get healthier. I work for a hospital and I've joined their yearly
weight loss program. A group of us girls, from two offices, joined. We are called the Cardiac Chubs! Yes we work for
cardiologists, and we are not giving a good example for our patients.
I have been with one of the doctors for 29 years, and have gained 70 pounds over the years. We started out as private practice and now work for the hospital. So my goal is to lose ... Sun, 17 Mar 2013 10:47:14 EST
