I have to get my butt in gear and get myself slim and moving. I currently swim 1/2 to 1 mile almost every day. I am starting a new class tomorrow that is Functional Training. Mostly weight lifting. I've tried tabata and my poor ankle can't take the beating anymore. I'd like to also get walking more. I am from WI and look forward to conversing with everyone!
