Hey Everyone, <BR> <BR> Its crazy and mind-bog·gling that on Tuesday July 4th I did 2hr 10mins went 36 miles burnt 845 Cals and wasn't sore at all but didn't lose one lb or partial lb. Am I on a plateau??? How to get over it? And why wasn't I sore???
