My husband stepped on the scale and weighed only 9lbs more then I do! This hit me like a ton of bricks, this means that I have gained at least 45lbs in about 2 years! I have tried many other dieting tactics, but nothing has helped me keep the weight off, I lose 5 and gain 10! For example, if I make myself a homemade tuna salad, how do I know how many calories that is?
